The functions of the Firmware Update is only available to the United States, Canada, and Latin American countries of Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, and Puerto Rico. If you are from any other country, this Firmware Update is not made available, and You should not download this Firmware Update. If you load this Firmware Update to any DS-RX1 printer, and you try to utilize any RX1 media other than RX1HS media, the printer will not function. In no event shall DNP Imagingcomm America Corporation be liable for any direct, special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever to You (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, sales or data or for business interruption) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Firmware Update, even if You have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
