Printer and Part Returns will require RMA information provided by DNP. Returned printers not authorized by DNP will be rejected and returned. Replacements or returns under warranty will require troubleshooting performed by a DNP Support Representative. To obtain RMA information, please contact our support department at 1-855-367-7604 during normal business hours.
